The Campbell Valley meanders its way through the Lower Mainland and is home to the Fraser Valley’s “Circle Farm Tour”. Bursting with wineries, libations, fresh fare and coffee shops this adventure-packed Trail is guaranteed to sate the most seemingly insatiable of cravings. It is along the Langley to White Rock Trail, Route 16 or Sweet Sixteen as we like to call it, one will find hiking, farms, wineries and the best fish and chips and beaches in the west.
This once overlooked trek of agricultural land is gaining popularity as staycations and weekend escapes inspire people to explore world-class wonders in their own backyard. A 30-minute drive from the Abbotsford Airport (you still get on and off the plane on the tarmac) takes you from the banks of the mighty Fraser River to the shores of the Pacific Ocean.
Be sure to pack your hiking and dancing shoes because there’s a little bit of magic waiting right around the next bend in the Township of Langley.
