Okanagan Falls

OK Falls, as it is locally known, was originally named after twin falls that were located where Lake Skaha emptied into the river. Today flood control dams have reduced the falls into a series of rapids.  This charming agricultural community is known for its fresh fruit, vegetables and award-winning wines.  With its small, flourishing artists’ community and lovely scenery, OK Falls is a must-visit place in the Okanagan Valley.  Tickleberry’s – the largest ice-cream cone seller in the Okanagan valley – and the nearby Dominion Radio Astrophysical Observatory are popular attractions as well.  For more information visit  www.okfalls.ca/visit_okfalls/
